Build a free CRM with Notion

A lead-capture form on your site whose submissions land in a Notion database you use as a CRM, with owners, statuses and notes.

This guide will describe a small CRM built from a contact form and a Notion database. A visitor fills in the form on your website, the submission is written into the database as a new row, and your team picks it up from there: assigning an owner, moving the lead through a status column, and attaching notes, meeting minutes or proposals to the same page.

The form half exists now. Build the contact form in Tinyform, embed it on your site from the Share tab (see Embed your form), and switch on the owner's email notification in Settings so each new lead reaches your inbox.

The database half depends on the Notion integration, which is listed as coming soon on the form's Integrations tab. Nothing writes a submission into a Notion database yet. When the integration ships, this page will cover creating the database with one property per question, connecting the form to it, and what the sync does with a question that has no matching column.

In the meantime a webhook delivers every submission to an address you choose, which an automation tool can turn into a database row.
