Everything free, except two things
Build, publish and collect on the free plan — no seat count, no submission wall. Pro buys two things: your brand on the form, and your domain on the link. Fair use applies to both.
What Pro is for
One paid plan. Everything else on this page ships free, and stays free.

Free
Forever, with no card
Unlimited forms. As many as you like, on either plan.
Every question type. Ranking, matrix, dates, uploads, a signature pad.
Logic, pages and calculations. Branch on an answer, skip a page ahead, total a score.
Payments. Into your own Stripe account, with nothing skimmed off.
Design and custom CSS. Set the theme, the fonts, the colours — then your own CSS.
Team members and workspaces. Colleagues in shared folders, and nobody charged per seat.
Email notifications. Your wording, to you and to them, with a PDF.
Partial submissions. What somebody typed before giving up is kept.
Insights, drop-off included. Visits, sources, completion rate, and where people stop.
Version history. Open an earlier version, and restore it.
Data retention. Say how long answers live; they are deleted for you.
Who gets to answer. A password, one answer each, and reCAPTCHA.
54 respondent languages. Every message a respondent sees, right-to-left scripts too.
Every way to share. A link, an embed, or a popup over your own page.
Webhooks and the REST API. Post each submission to your endpoint, or read them back.
See the full feature list. A help page for every block and every setting.

Get startedCommon questions
What do I have to pay for?
Two capabilities, and not in the sense of a trial — there is no card, no seat count and no limit on how many forms you make. Every other feature is on the free plan. What each plan holds lists both sides, and the fair use policy gives the volumes that bound the word “unlimited”.
What is behind the paid plan?
Two things. Removing the badge takes the “Made with” line off your published forms, and custom domains put them on an address you own instead of ours. Both are halves of one want — a form that looks like it came from your company. The Pro plan is the article on it.
Is there a limit on forms or submissions?
None on forms. Submissions, uploads and notification emails carry fair-use allowances, and those allowances are identical on the free plan and on Pro — they exist to catch a loop, not to sell you the next tier. Crossing one is a message to you rather than a closed form. The fair use policy has the exact figures.
How do I pay, and can I stop?
Through Stripe’s own hosted checkout, so your card details never reach this installation. Afterwards, changing the card, downloading invoices and cancelling all happen in Settings → Billing. Billing and payment information and the refund policy cover the rest.
