The Pro plan
What the Pro plan adds, what stays free on every plan, where the plan applies and how to upgrade from inside the app.
Tinyform sells one paid plan, called Pro, and it changes exactly two things. Everything else the product does is available on the free plan without a count of forms or answers to stay under, subject only to the Fair Use Policy, which is the same on both plans.
What Pro adds
Remove the badge. A published form normally carries a small "Made with" line. On Pro the line is gone from every form in the organization, on the published page, in an embed and in a popup alike. See Remove the branding badge.
Custom domains. Serve your forms from a domain or subdomain you own instead of the default address. See Custom domains.
Both are the same want, a form that looks like it belongs to you rather than to the tool that built it, and that is the whole of the wall.
What stays free
Nothing below is held back for a paid plan. It is listed because most form builders charge for some of it:
- Team members, workspaces and folders
- File uploads and electronic signatures
- Conditional logic, calculated fields, hidden fields and answer piping
- Email notifications to yourself and to the respondent, with your own wording
- Partial submissions, form version history and submissions data retention
- Form Insights, including drop-offs
- Custom CSS and the link preview settings
- Webhooks and the REST API
- Submission PDFs
Where the plan applies
A plan belongs to an organization, not to a workspace or a form. When an organization is on Pro, every workspace inside it and every form in those workspaces is covered, and a member who was invited into the organization gets the same two features without paying anything themselves. The current plan is shown under Settings → Billing.
What it costs
The price is read at the moment the upgrade page is drawn, so the figure you see there is the one you will be charged; there is no separate price list to compare it against. You can pay monthly or yearly. The page shows both as a per-month figure so the two can be compared, states under the button what the checkout will actually take and how often, and shows a badge beside the switch when the yearly price works out cheaper than twelve monthly ones.
Upgrade to Pro
Open the upgrade page

You are taken to the payment provider's hosted checkout to enter a card. Nothing about the card passes through Tinyform itself.Come back to Billing
The checkout returns you toSettings→Billing, which waits for the payment to be confirmed and then refreshes on its own. From that moment the badge is gone and a custom domain can be connected.
A gated control inside the app, the badge switch in a form's settings or the button that adds a domain, opens the same page over whatever you were doing, and Back returns you there.
Where there is no Pro plan
Not every Tinyform sells a plan, and where none is sold there is no Pro to buy: the Billing tab says everything is included, the badge switch and custom domains are open to every organization, and there is no upgrade page to reach. This article describes the paid shape.
