Plans & pricing
What is free, what the Pro plan adds, the fair-use allowances, and how billing works.
Build forms for free, do more with Pro.
Almost everything Tinyform does is free, with no count of forms or answers to stay under, as long as a workspace stays inside the Fair Use Policy. One paid plan, Pro, adds the two things that make a form look like yours rather than the tool's.

Our pricing philosophy
Tinyform is open-source software. Anyone can run it on their own machine for nothing, and the hosted version is the same code, not a bigger one. The one paid plan exists to pay for hosting it, not to hold features back until somebody pays.
Forms, answers and nearly every feature are free without limits. The fair-use allowances exist because storage and email cost money, not to nudge anyone towards a plan: they are the same on the free plan and on Pro.
Pro is priced as low as the hosting allows and changes exactly two things: the badge and the domain. Both are about how a form looks to the people filling it in, which is the one place a free tool shows that it is one.
There are no discount tiers. Instead of an education price and a non-profit price, the free plan is meant to be enough for a classroom or a charity as it stands, and the pages listed under Discounts say so.
