Collect audience feedback with Notion

Gather questions and feedback from an audience in one form and keep them in a Notion database, so an AMA or a feedback round has a single inbox.

If you publish, teach or build in public, feedback and questions arrive from every direction: replies, direct messages, comments, email. This guide will show a way to funnel them into one place. A single Tinyform form collects the message, who it is from and what it is about; each submission is written into a Notion database; and a view on that database becomes the queue you answer from, or the public list of questions for an AMA.

The form is easy to build now. A short-answer question for the name, an Email question, a dropdown for the topic and a long-answer question for the message is enough, and the form can be embedded on a Notion page or shared by its link. The submissions sit in the form's Submissions tab, where they can be filtered and exported.

The step that turns it into a Notion workflow is the sync into a database, and that is the Notion integration, which is listed as coming soon on the form's Integrations tab. When it ships, this page will describe the database layout, the connection, and how to publish the answered questions back to your audience. Until then a webhook can hand each submission to an automation tool that writes the row.
