Zapier Integration

A planned Zapier app would make a new submission a trigger for thousands of apps; a webhook already reaches Zapier today.

A Zapier integration would list Tinyform as an app inside Zapier, so that a Zap could start from a new submission with no setup on the form's side: choose the form, and every answer becomes a field to map into the action steps that follow, whether that is a CRM contact, a calendar event, a spreadsheet row or an email.

Today, Zapier is a card marked coming soon on the form's Integrations tab, and no app is published in Zapier's directory.

You do not have to wait for one. Zapier's own Webhooks by Zapier trigger gives you a catch-hook URL; add it as a webhook on the form, submit a test response or use Send test event from the events log, and the answers appear in Zapier as fields you can map like any other trigger's. The payload is described on the webhooks page. That route has no key to manage and no polling, and it will keep working after a native app exists.

When the Zapier app ships, this page will cover connecting an account, choosing the trigger and mapping answers into an action.
